It’s an absolute beast when it comes to tension and compression, but a sharp hit from the side can cause it to crack or peel. To keep things secure, I’d suggest using reinforced epoxy or machined aluminum clamps for your fittings. Just don’t go overboard with the wrench. If you over-tighten those clamps, you’ll crush the wall. Be gentle.
