We built these far infrared carbon fiber heating panels for the jobs where you need heat, and you need it fast—like, right now fast. Think industrial process heating where a slow warm-up just isn’t an option. The heat they put out is deep and radiant, hitting the target directly. That means less time waiting around, and a much more even temperature across the surface you’re working on.
Power, voltage, and size—kept simple
These panels run on a 400V high-voltage design, typically hitting 2500W. That’s how we pack serious heat density into a small footprint. The tube length is 300mm, so the thermal output stays focused where you need it—less wasted energy drifting into the surrounding space. High voltage lets us push more power through a smaller element, but it does mean your control wiring and insulation have to be rated for the job. Make sure your contactors and terminals are spec’d for 400V service, and plan enough clearance and creepage inside the machine enclosure.
What’s inside—and why it matters
The carbon fiber heating element delivers a true far infrared spectrum, tuned to be absorbed well by plastics, coatings, and composites. We coat the element in quartz or ceramic for two big reasons: it protects the filament from oxidation, and it keeps emissivity stable over and over, through repeated heating cycles. That coating also helps the panel stand up to thermal shock when you’re cycling on and off quickly. On the practical side, the R7s connector makes replacement straightforward—no fussing with custom hookups. And the SK15 terminal block gives you a tough, reliable termination point for field wiring, even in cramped control panels.
Where these shine—and what to watch for
In real-world use, these panels are at home in plastic forming, drying, laminating, and preheating—anywhere you want fast, localized heating without turning the whole work cell into a sauna. Because they respond quickly, you can cut down on cycle time. And since the heat is directional, you get more repeatable results. Just keep this in mind: with high power density comes responsibility. You’ll want to make sure your machine’s cooling and thermal shielding are built to handle that concentrated energy.
