Power, Voltage, and Size—Kept Tight on Purpose
We run these at 400V and 2500W. Why? To pack serious heat into a small space. The tube is 300mm long, which concentrates the heat into a narrow zone—perfect for the heating windows you see on many process lines. You get a rapid temperature rise. That’s the upside. But it also means you need a fixture with a proper cooling path to keep the surrounding heat under control.
Materials and Design: Built to Stay Clean and Simple
The halogen cycle keeps the carbon filament stable and helps prevent blackening over time, so the output stays steady. The quartz envelope handles thermal shock and keeps things clean, even when the temperature climbs. And the R7s connector? It’s a straight, two-contact design that makes the lamp a straightforward drop-in replacement. Wire it up, line up the pins, and lock it in.

The carbon fiber filament takes thermal cycling better than standard coils, but it still needs stable voltage control.
