We made the tube 300mm long, which is a perfect match for standard print-head drying zones. So you can slide it right in without having to rework the whole machine. Make sure your control circuitry and airflow are ready for it.
What’s Inside: Halogen, Coating, and the R7s Connector
Inside that quartz tube, we use a halogen design. It keeps the filament stable, even when things get scorching hot, and handles all those repeated heating and cooling cycles without breaking a sweat. The tube itself is coated to manage the infrared output and keep the surface temperature down. That means your nearby parts stay safe, and all the heat goes exactly where you want it. And the R7s connector? It’s a simple, two-pin, straight-in design. Seriously, it’s a drop-in replacement. Just line it up, seat it, and wire it up. Easy.
